Back Stabbath 1
In my eyes anything crossed with a greyhound or a whippet or that has greyhound or whippet in it is a lurcher to me. Same here. A labrador lurcher? Don't see what that would be good for, but I guess its still a lurcher... Quote Link to post

stevemac 434
Dont knock the dalmation to quick there scallywag Ive known 2 that were mad hare dogs and could put a real turn on one and if it got to far away would put down with the nose and hunt right up to him again. I agree about the dish mops though. My son had a wolfhoundxkelpie tech. a lurcher both perents working dogs to slow for any thing but pigs though. Stevemac Quote Link to post
Scallywag 78
Yes fair point about the dalmations - at their best they're powerful and athletic. I think I'm just old fashioned or something! Quote Link to post
stevemac 434
nothing wrong with being old fashioned scallywag, when I was a young bloke there wasnt all these fancy breeds and we hunted with anything we could get our hands on. lol stevemac Quote Link to post
