Valentine's Day

Recommended Posts

makeing love to my girl friend : i got the rosees out and have the house to our self sooo Bump Bump alllll night :good:

Do all you fellas think that as its Valentines Day your automatically going to get laid???

Sounds like some of them are eternal optimists...

Dunno what my bloke has planned, but it will probably involve whipped cream.... He's really romantic, but hates the commercial rip-offs that surround such occasions, so I'll probably get a home-made card, and a really nice pressie, but nothing manufactured specifically for Valentine's Day.

I will bake him a heart-shaped cake and wear extra special undies, but not necessarily at the same time.... :)

See now thats really sweet! Have fun! :icon_redface:

Well I would like to spend the day tucked up on the setee, in front of the log fire with my loved one, no rush to do anything, no where to go. There's 8 inches of snow out side at present, so that kind of adds to the atmosphere. Get dressed around early afternoon, walk the dogs in the snow, back in for a relaxing sensual hot bath etc, start cooking tea then..Fillet steak, mashed potato, nice tarragon sauce, followed by a decent sexy chocolat moose. A few more glasses of wine, maybe a hot chocolat before bed with plenty of cream and a flake...mmmmmm

Only to be spoilt by her coming home from work  .

Dont worry i'll get my coat :(

HAHAHA Matty!!!!!

In a perfect world the day would be all romance and sexy stuff. But I see it as a chance to liven up the dreariness of February by taking an opportunity to make someone special feel special. That's a pretty easy thing to do and doesn't need to cost the earth.

So what if you're going out lamping or whatever on the day .... flowers can be delivered. Cards can be left in surprise places. Blueberry cheescake can be put in the fridge for a special person's enjoyment.

Yes, that's a hint

I think us fellas once in a relationship find it hard to be romantic after a while, I dont know why i suppose its because once you are married etc you get in a bit of a rutt and are content with what you have. When you are younger an in the market for a women you do all the things that you think you have to do to get one, ie flowers, gold, romantic dinners and the like. But once you have the attentions of the women you desire it tends to slip a bit. The chase is better than the kill, sort of thing.

As for women they seem to always be looking for those little tokens of love and affection right through a relationship, Which is quite right. A good man should be able to carry on these little things all the time, Even if its just telling her that you love her once a day, And the odd little pressy. So come on fellas its only one day. Get the kids out the way and cook her something nice get a couple of bottles in and bobs your uncle.
