Best terrier i have ever owned was a rough coated black bitch from Wales .I had her from a pup and named her Willow .She was a demon on the rats and started her digging career at a year old .We had many ,many good digs to her and the highlight of her career was taking 62 head of vermin in 3 months during the last foot and mouth outbreak .I never did get to line her as she just wouldnt stand .She jumped out the back of my truck one day before a dig and yelped .Not thinking anything of it we dug 3 in a stop end with her but she couldnt walk afterwards .Shed damaged a nerve in her back that paralised her for life .Very sad day when she went i can tell you .Since then ive had some cracking dogs but none to hold a candle to willow.GRHS .
