Guest rabbithunter2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Report Share Posted May 7, 2006 hi lads, i seperated my ferrets the other day, put the jill in a new hutch "nest box". when i checked on her yesterday and today, she seems to b losing hair around her belly. is this natural and is it a sign of her coming in2 labour? Some ferrets use it to line their nests but some dont it can also be a sign of stress because she is not used to being on her own but its more likely to be the pregnancy/ season hormones.You also have to realise that they are moulting out this time of year Quote Link to post
