cobelec 0
Hi, I don't know if you've seen them, but the COMETA 300 is a good quality air rifle. I think they sell new, about £140 upwards. They are full legal limit 12ft lbs and very accurate. Build quality is excellent and a full stripdown and rebuild, should you need to carry this out (maintenance etc) is very straight forward with basic simple tools. I have had mine for 5 years now and although I have a small selection of different air rifles, I have become quite attached to this one....couldn't recommend it more. Alternatively, WEIHRAUCH HW57, underleaver, deadly accurate and lighter than the COMETA. A bit dearer though around the £180 mark, but, again, an awesome rifle, full legal limit power with automatic safety and pop-up breech, making it ideal for the less experienced air rifle shooter. Hope all this is of use to you. There is a lifetime of fun awaiting your new persuit, best of luck ! Edited February 9, 2009 by cobelec Quote Link to post
Guest air gunner
When i was in this position i bought the supersport. i had a phase of thinking of getting a pcp but have now realised this is actually an ace gun very accurate. Quote Link to post
