donk 12
Had the same problem mate, mine started after my marriage break up,dentist said i was probably anxious and stressed and that 'could' be the problem. He was f****n right, lost £100,000 worth of property, dam right i was stressed lol. Seriously though if its anxiety or stress you need to try some relaxation stuff, music, therapy, over the counter relaxants. One of the things i was told to do was to swim,it apparently helps ease tension, which in turn leads to stress. Or it could be something as simple as an infection? Im always getting infections of the gum, something to do with a high calcium content in my saliva, thats why i have to do the dentists every 3 month. As a short term 'get you by' measure try 'Anbesol' crackin good pain relief for gum and tooth pain. Get the liquid not the paste as it seems to work quicker and more efficiently.
