ruby 7
Full fish salmon etc are good poached in water, white wine, green peppercorns, bay leaves, chives, butter and a couple of slices of lemon.Completely cover and seal the container and contents with foil. Cook slowly for an hour or so until fish comes away easily from the bone. Ruby
