chimp 299 Posted February 7, 2009 Report Share Posted February 7, 2009 ok , im getting a grand vitara in the next couple of weeks and as money burns a hole with me one of the first thing i want to get is some tyres for off road , it's going to be a 03 / 04 shape one i wont be doing anything too extreme , just muddy fields etc what tyres are pretty good for the above and not too noisy on the road , how much would i be looking at for a set of 4 ? once again thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Great off road tyre, no road noise and you get 50,000 out of them. Not sure of prices but would imagine a set of 4 would set you back £450-500. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

JDFrain 1 Posted February 7, 2009 Report Share Posted February 7, 2009 have a look at the Kumho range they do the same patterns as the bf goodrich tyers and if you aint going to hammer them then they will do just as good a job. and they are half the price. I am currently running the sahara model on my def 90. before them it had all terrains on and there is very little road noise differnece just turn the stereo up a little louder. john Quote Link to post Share on other sites
