runforyourlife 361
I dont want a big argument here, i am not really bothered if you believe in big cats or not in this country. Been to many debates on here about it. What has done this?? There is no way a dog or fox could strip a sheep down like this... Look at its feet and legs, still in tack, so it hadnt rotted. This carcus was photographed at the back of my house, at the enterance of 2 caves. They stink inside and go down along way....
poacherkev 64
well theres only one way to find out get your dog and lamp and get in to them caves and you could be the first to take a big cat in england
para1 11
It looks like a lamb carcase that has been around for about 2 years and has been eaten by everything from fox to magpie it probably died at birth. No big deal but I'm just guessing and just my opinion P1.
steviebhoy 0
Probably a fox that ate most off it but crows and buzzards would strip it to the bone?
macberran 2
What size off carcass is it ,it looks small too me and old.
spiderpig 39
if it was a cat kill the skeleton would be brighter as a cat will lick a lot of meat off and the bones will be bright white
Penda 3,341
Looks like everythings had a nibble at that
IanB 0
I've seen a full dead carcass go within a week, similar to that eaten from fox and badger..
MOO 730
I saw a 3 day old calf stripped bare by foxes ,hoodies and buzards in 3 days and nights .....there is snow around the carcass so there will be foot prints around it
alimac 882
in hard weather up here iv seen a full carcass go in days never mind aweek
runforyourlife 361
Right , well that answers it then. Its been eaten by everything, lol. For those who said it looks small, like a lamb. Read the title. "Sheep eaten" if it was a lamb, i would have put lamb... Its a full skeleton of a sheep.
Night Hunter 109
well theres only one way to find out get your dog and lamp and get in to them caves and you could be the first to take a big cat in england OR THE NEXT TO LOOSE YER LIFE........BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO ENTER THE CAVES THEY COULD BE DANGEROUS ,I PERSONALY WOULD NOT VENTURE DOWN MANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED DUE TO THE STALE AIR/GASSES DOWN CAVES try lying out at night and see what emerges that would be the safer way mate
The one 8,477
Seen a full sheep carcass stripped over night , dont reckon anything bigs eat that as only the rib bones are eating all the bigger bones seem fine
davidomarr 0
fox and badgers ! crows will eat the rest.
ferret boy charlie 0
if it was a cat kill the skeleton would be brighter as a cat will lick a lot of meat off and the bones will be bright white and the neck would be broke Edited February 7, 2009 by ferret boy charlie
