Hardfeather 56 Posted May 7, 2006 Report Share Posted May 7, 2006 Hi its already been said the D attenborough is the best which I think he is but while I find all nature programmes intersesting I think there's a distinct lack of British wildlife on tv, not sure what sky's like now cos I don't have it anymore but it used to be all monkeys and feckin sharks. Where's all the programmes on British wildlife gone,yeah we've probably seen most or all of them before but they would be useful for teaching the young uns about whats outside their back door yis chris Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Gin 498 Posted May 7, 2006 Report Share Posted May 7, 2006 i heard there is a new country style channel starting on the internet www.countrychannel.tv with programmes about shooting/hunting/ferreting alongside wildlife and general country progs. david attenborough [?] gets my vote,,,,when alan titchmarch did that one on the UK did my head in This new channel will move Sky tv to compete, and put countrysports back onto the Sky channels and into the homes of many more people,- and get more of the public interested in Countrysports.
