will.f11 24 Posted February 7, 2009 Report Share Posted February 7, 2009 mine was a murder and suicide, on flaming ferret I stood alone as I worked my ferrets, was slated for giving a ferret away,(even though she had won a Supreme show title) she did nt come up to the mark as a worker, then there was the gene episode where you were claiming you could nt breed for working as there isnt a gene for it, you were against line breeding as you still are, as for association with the arsepca officer(greywolf) I was a member you were the root moderator and had control,infact did nt flaming ferret have issues with this site over treatment of ferrets?Y.I.S Leeview Mine was suicide. Oddly, he was related to a workmate of my rock-climbing partner at the time..... Sure, I was a moderator. But as long as they kept it reasonably civil, no-one got censored. You had your say without any interference from me. The line-breeding episode you mention was on another Pet forum you were on, the late unlamented 'Right to Reply'. And you're right. My opinions haven't changed, because no-one has provided any data to persuade me to change my mind. The Flaming issue was with culling. There's plenty on here that don't agree with that, so your point is? on the contrary many genuine breeders on here do agree with culling stock(not just ferrets) that does nt make the grade work wise, read the thread concerning the choc patterdale at stud, did nt get much support on here did it? why because it was nt worked so was of no interest to anybody on a working site, jrtxgreyhound thread why's he giving them away free now? there not tested for working so once again nobody wants them. Line breeding was on ff definately the woman from Australia(had a ferret called Azalea) was strongly against it, had loads of answers on paper but when pointed out that Makybe Diva( 3 times Melbourne Cup winner2003-4-5) her pedigree had the worlds most predominant sire in her pedigree 3 times(Northern Dancer) she still could handle the fact that you have to breed the best to the best and hope for the best, as for changing your mind on your opinions please provide evidence where a Blackpool donkeyx top stallion (of your choice) has ever won a group1 or any race against race horses Any of you"plenty" that dont agree with culling please feel free to comment Y.I.S Leeview I agree with culling ferrets in line breeding.
