I feel sorry for the relatively few people who've lost their livlihood with the ban, and it's always annoying to find your chosen recreation banned. But there's no way I'm 'united' with hare coursers or badger diggers, and I don't think they's lift a finger if fishing was banned. But to say it's 'destroying the UK' is over dramatic. Feck me, hows that for a loaded statement ...........looking to see who replys and what they say maybe?

night moocher 41
How can you say you are not united with us dog men/women, fishing is exactly the same, you still put your hands on a wild animal and if its left to all the doogooders ,you wont be able to swat a fly in your own house. when the time comes for a fishing ban and its time to march again, wouldn't you just love the support of the dog men you just slated. a hell of alot of hunters are fishermen/women so it affects us all over again . get real and stand together nomatter what your passtime or we will be f****d ...................steve

OK then which hunting are you 'united' with? your experiences out hunting with dogs, ferrets or guns seem to be a bit elusive on here it is after all The Hunting Life Y.I.S Leeview
droid 11
Very interesting replies, and good examples of people taking what I've said and extracting parts of it to argue with, whilst ignoring the parts that didn't suit their argument. 'Get it in proportion'....'Catcher'... I am. I strongly suspect that more people have lost their jobs with Woolies going tits up than lost their jobs with the Ban. Wollies going bust hasn't 'destroyed the UK'. I fully understand that losing your job on an individual basis can be disastrous. 'How can you say you are not united with us dog men/women,' .... night moocher....Because I don't feel i have anything in common with hare coursers or badger diggers. That's not to say I supported banning them. I can see the sporting element of hare coursing. I've seen vids of the Waterloo Cup and can see the excitement/challange of it. Badgers need controlling, digging is preferable to gassing in my opinion. I stated earlier that I didn't suport The Ban, maybe you missed that bit? 'Feck me, hows that for a loaded statement ...........looking to see who replys and what they say maybe?'....WILF....I'm not interested who replies, though due to history I rather expected 'Leeview' to chip in. I just think that there are people here who get the importance of hunting in the national sense out of proportion. I know it's bloody important to those who do it, but the general public couldn't give a fook. Not until they see images 'prejudicial to the sport' if you get my drift..... I could give a fook otherwise i wouldn't waste time posting. 'OK then which hunting are you 'united' with? your experiences out hunting with dogs, ferrets or guns seem to be a bit elusive on here it is after all The Hunting Life'.....Not elusive at all, 'Leeview'. I've already stated several times that I don't hunt. That doesn't mean that I'm not interested in hunting though. And at least I'm honest about the experience (or lack of it) I have. If people only gave their opinions on things they had direct experience of, this forum would be a hell of a lot quieter. To answer your question though....ferreters, fishermen ( ), and I've always had a liking for rough coated lurchers after meeting a 3-legged one in a pub in Derbyshire.... Leeview 791
OK must have missed the "several times you said you dont hunt" but your still interested in hunting? now I'm suspicious due to our history of your involvement with anoher site for pet ferret owners that have arsepca officer as a member they dont share my passion for hunting and there interested in hunting, that must make you kinda unique on a hunting site, Hands up any members that assosciate with arsepca officers? Y.I.S Leeview Guilty by association? On a forum? You're getting a bit desperate there, maty Of course, those with an enquiring mind might care to speculate how you know I was on a pet ferret forum that had, among the few hundred members, an RSPCA officer. Could it be because the Mighty Leeview was also a member? Under a different username of course.....
Leeview 791
The same forum you are a root moderator on Flaming Ferret and yes I did have a different username on there, it was a site to take heated discussion away from other ferret sites, my user name and password is known by moderators on here, Ive nothing to hide I'm here for the hunting side of this site, whats your reasons? with your connections with arsepca personnel, I just dont trust anyone thats glove in hand with them. Who can /does vouch for you? Y.I.S Leeview
droid 11
It's hardly 'a connection' to be on a forum with several hundred members. 'Glove in hand'..... C'mon Sean, you can do better than that.....can't you? Your insinuation that I'm some sort of 'anti' trying to infiltrate a hunting site might be attractive to the hard of thinking, but consider this: I've used the same username AND LOCATION on every forum I've been on. Pet ferret, hunting, bike, angling....the lot. And that's not just for the benefit of the Mods, it's info for everyone. So what have YOU got to hide?
