I have a lazerlight and have found the beam spread to be a bit on the wide side. Nice and compact though. Works great with a red filter, but that's only on rabbits with an air rifle. If I was on rimfire (forms in the post!!) I'd probably go for something with a tighter beam that reached out further with a red filter on.

Lightforce 240 Blitz every time for me.

Spot on for back of the van, and good for rabbits aswell. Some may think the beam is too long for bunnies, but you never know how far away they will run from you.

Plus you can easily just lift the lamp a bit higher and point it downwards. it works for me, i remember foxes & hares in the beam of a 170 some years ago.

or even better if you can get one a COLEMAN 800,000cp they are the muts nuts

i had one of those coleman 1 million cp lamps years ago and they were great but i have a lightforce now :thumbs-up:

Guys, Can I please have your opinions to help me with stock levels?

Do you prefer the Lightforce or Lazerlite (Cluson) lamps? Need to get some game fair stock and would appreciatethe dog boys giving their opinions.

Cheers. :good:

no matter how dead the batterry goes on the laserlite you will always have enough light in the secondary bulb to find your way home :) .... i'll be gettin a 170 from santa so i will get to see the difference... at the moment i think the laser/blaser is hard to beat...
