thats a bold statement kane. i keep a parson and he is a decent dog to ground.and has been for a good few seasons. and the respect for most working breeds is at its lowest ebb the patterdale and lakie at the moment is in a sorry state. and pups from these breeds are selling at inflated prices all over this island. when i got in to terrierwork you could almost garantee a worker out of these breeds . this is not the case now . far from it. so you tend to find each breed has its pockets of working enthuiasts trying to keep them good. how many parsons have you owned????

Got a couple of parsons nowt wrong with them work anything to ground.Shite in every breed nowadays everyone mixing breeds together.Ive never ever put any bull or lakie blood in my russels cant see the point.Like a pot of white paint put some colour in and it takes a lot of white to get it back.Strong looking dog that one Poacher

yes there was bull put in 4 breeds back hes coming on 18 months old dug to him 5 times has hes still young next year will be his hes in lock on and silent havent heared a noise from him yet the bitch is the opposit to him in and bay till dug down to
