out for a day doing cover

Recommended Posts

we were today on cover pushed 2 foxes one after another out the same run, to me 10.png i was standing in the bad spot as you only get a short run at the best of times, first fox past me, i sliped in my black bitch but was just bet to a bushy wall where in and out up and down the wall they went but the fox was wiser and losted the dog

i gather her up again only to hear the dog full on barking away , in mins the second fox broke to me again it made the bushy wall and bet the dog, they be there again 16.png on we went to try afew holes i have a new terrier that i only dug to it once before tryed him in a handy spot today he ran it well but nothing at home so for peace of mined i let my over patt waterford off, to make sure he ran the again nothing a mate said what about the holes along the wall at the other side of the field, so over we went as waterford was off and collar up i let him work away

as he walk along the wall stopping at ever run or gap then at one little hole he stopped and went into second gear round this spot next thing i know he was barking away, a two holer i left him 5 mins or then found him at 1.8 on the box left him again another 5 mins he moved only a few inches so started digging , broke in to him he still push up i pulled him out and opened it up the fox was just anothe foot in dog was spot on but was tight as f**k , we let the fox bolt to run another day, 1.png i was looking for a dig for the other dog but waterford got his chance!! work well very happy with him a mate has a photo of the fox up the hole i get it up later when he send it to me , well that was today outing ,

cheers sounder
