A would just like to thank benny the castlemilk legend and his real propper dog {THE BANDIT}for an eye opening performance from his totaly unfit dog thats recovered from a brocken leg at 7mt old,and not so long ago had serious spine injures,this dog bred from my old dog FLOYD back to a genuine 3/4greyhound 1/4 saluki flushed 3 strong kincardin hares and shot and retrieved them in style,well folks this big dog 26 tts makes things look so easy he would be in the top 5 stud dogs for the future well benny i can only say 1 thing mate your a lucky lad to own such a propper dog well done the BANDIT. i'm looking forward 2 next season for another day out as they will be breeding soon and this dogs crippled and still performes..well done to the BANDIT and for an eye opening great day...ya lucky man as yous dog men no we all hear about these good dogs but dont see them,,,well a seen this tool today A1 and well done BENNY..

i have just read the article about (bandit)by wullie lennox,the man knows a top dog when he sees one.i had the dog in my kennel for 3 weeks and was astounded by what i and my hunting friend had witnessed on one octobers morning out with the bandit (and this was the time when the big fella was still recovering from a serious injury)well the dog in question caught 3 hares (pre ban),then on our way back to our vehicle nailed a big (fella).i myself have had some handy dogs in my time but the big (bandit) is a propper dog and as wullie said about all these so called dog men and (woman) who are always bumming about their top dogs , a seen a tool that day that was top class.

Aye I agree with you mate there is a few in here that are quick to criticise other folks dogs but never show what they can do themselves. That dog sounds a good one

Monster of a dog, walks along with the rest of them. But when he gets locked on, nothing stops him and he doesnt miss. I like dogs with the guts that keep going back again and again, good stamina and all that. Bandits rate speaks for itself though, doesnt need countless slips or hours walking about hoping. Sees it. gets it.

 

 

You keep him in good shape benny, its obviously a combination of his makeup (secret recipe) and your methods. Not many dogs would still be going after what he's been through. But youre both reaping the rewards now, credit to you.

a few are calling the dog out now shamrock ,now hes got arthritis in his back leg.but after this weekend maybe they will get there wish but big rabbits and early season can kid you onn a bit .fingers crossed and all that mate

nic nacs got a big mouth shamrock.but your info is right mate.just running the bandit easy ,hes had 8 and the wee bitch 12 shes flying ,4out of 4 on big cut grass parks.just as well im a good shot .tes mate put him to his half sister out of floyd 8 pups quite a few blues surprise surprise. hail hail.
