Alma Tender Love 0
Welcome to Thl Just ask a freindly Farmer If he'll let you course a few Rabbits.. Will keep your Dog In good shape and also stimulate the mind. Butch Hi Butch, I don't know any of the local farmers, but I could approach one to ask~I've no idea where to begin though, I'm going to need a bit of pointing the the right direction ~does the dog just get on with it?~do I have to do anything? I think I'd be better attending some lure coursing events to see what's what initially, I'm also aware(as my previous post probably shows all too well) that I'm somewhat overly protective of Flay, although I've had dogs before, they've all come to me later on in life either as rescued animals or by way of coming as a package deal(with boyfriend), Flay is my first puppy. I think getting him involved in lure coursing(at least to begin with) may be as useful to me as it will be for Flay. BTW Butch~that's a great looking Bull Terrier you've got in your signature~I used to have one from rescue~bloody great dogs! Little Butch 16
Thanks for the compliment about my Bully In the Summer there'll be a few Game Fairs about.. If you went to one of them I'm sure you'd meet a few people willing to get you started. They also usually run Lurcher Racing etc. Butch
