J Darcy 5,871
I don't buy anything associated with the Mirror but a neighbour gave me last saturdays copy the other day. Inside were photos of a golden eagle taking a hare and a fox in Kazahkstan . All well and good, but the fact of the matter is that these animals will have probably been tipped out of a bag for the birds to kill. The "Traditional" hunting contests generally see various animals tipped out of sacks, blinking in the bright sunshine, not a clue where they are going or indeed where they are. I am just wondering if the Mirror supports this "sport" as it seems to have made it sound rather grand in the text. Incidentally isnt this the same paper that tried to infiltrate the snaring part of the forum a while back asking loaded questions?....... (allegedly) HHmmm.....Makes you wonder what morals they have...seemingly opposed to snares and yet printing a photo of a probably tipped fox with an eagle attatched to its muzzle..... but thats OK as its not in our country..... Just puzzled thats all......
Simoman 110
Tabloids and morals are words not usually associated with each other are they Mr D???
alaunte 12
Seem's to me that the paper's and people in power in this country are more concerned about looking out for and supporting foriegn culture's than they are about our own.....it's a disgrace!
