post-9541-1233153225_thumb.jpg This is Bear, he is looking for a new permenant home as we longer have room to keep him as he cant remain with our jills as we dont want to breed from him because he is so large. he is very hand tame as the children have enjoyed playing with him and treating him more like a cat, he would be more suitable as a pet than a worker due to his very large size and temprament, for more info please pm me for details we are just out side Eastbourne East Sussex.

Wish I was closer as he is stunning and would be more then welcome here as a pet.

Sadly I dont drive and dont want to know how long public transport from Kent to Sussex take LOL

Kent and east sussex are next door to each other? i live in west sussex and drive to kent hunting regularly, you must be able to get someone to give you a lift? Where in kent do you live?

he really is a whopper, aboout the size of a tom cat which is why the children took to him because he is so easy to handle and he just sits on your lap we would keep him but our ferrets are free range in a very large shed and run and our other hob has been bullying him which isnt fair, he cant be worked because of his size and nature! my husband did try but he doesnt want to know so he needs to be a pet.

Im sure you'll find someone here offer him a good home, but he's definatly not to big to go down holes, Ive three ferrets that outsize him, that rabbit and love it, like alot of ferts, if they dont take to going down holes immeadeatly, they get taken less or not at all, and are classed as pets only,

also being grabbed by the other hob, is natural, one has got to take the dominant role, Ive 7 hobs in a court, a mixture of intact, snipped and castrated, they all have their pecking order within the court, but the are all alive and well, or should I get rid of 6 :hmm:
