Kids and dogs belong together if you ask me. Growing up without a dog would be really boring. I used to walk the dogs and push the twins in a tandem pram when my son was only 3, across muddy fields and all over the show. We've had some really good times too, and worn out dozens of pairs of wellies. Just the way it should be Quote Link to post
Hollie 21 Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 Young love, my daughter adores our puppy, if anyone teases her and says they are going to take him home she bursts into tears, i was the same age as she is now when my dad got our 1st Lurcher and i have many happy memories, every child should have a dog!! mikecat1 0 Posted January 30, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 its funny ive always had dogs and been brought up with them all my life, horses etc etc ive married a farmers daughter and she hates all animals, no dogs in the house, ive had to biuld a block of kennels for my four dogs. i miss my dog in the house more than i miss my family.
