deer stalking

hey im interested in goin deer stalking does any body know an estate? where i can go for a days stalking thats not to pricey!!!! i would like to go somewhere i can get a receipt so i can say ib been when i apply for a deer rifle! im in nottinghamshire so the closer the better! cheers people!!

Not sure of local estates to you, but my local FLO said he wasn't bothered about past recepits, they don't show a need to have a deer rifle in the future (ie what you are applying for)... a receipt for a future booking(s) on the other hand would be very useful.

i was advised by my firearms officer to get some stalking done and get a receipt so it shows youve been!!! because i would like a 243 for deer and fox!!
