Im not sure if this is right or not, but if someone puts a price on something to sell, then you buy it, (whether credit card or not) then the retailer has to honour the sale, hope this helps.

the retailer doesn't HAVE to honor the sale but in most cases will gice the products at the price advertisied, just to keep up good customer relations, if nothing else.....

By you should have a comeback over distance selling on the net, and are entitled to send it back and get a refund for however much you paid....

That's it...an advertised price is simply "an invitation to treat" the seller has absolutely no obligation to sell you the product at the advertised, or any other price, even if he takes the money off your card he can still pull the sale. Once you have received the order he is too late, it is yours and he is deemed to have accepted your offer!

well, they have just rejected my order they said.

basically they priced something wrongly by a decimal point and i waded in and bought it.

sadly they have pulled the order... even though i have detailed and confirmed order!

do i have a leg to stand on?
