EXCEPT FOR OVERCOMING MY MAJOUR FEAR OF FERRETS You don't need to fear well handled ferts might be worth waiting till this summer to get yourself a couple of kits & bring them up the way you want to.There's a few lads on from the N/E that would give you a day out with the ferts if you wanted to... The one 8,482
Thats the same as my brother in law he wanted to go out with us but he's scared of the ferrets and wont touch a rabbit so he went fishing and had another guy put the worm on his hook Quote Link to post

Brimmer 220
Can you borrow a locater as well JPT? It may be a help if you get a helping hand to show you the ropes. Quote Link to post
stealthy1 3,964
Give it a go, you never know, you may like them, my Mrs was the same as you, all she wanted was a guinea pig until she got used to handling the ferrets. Quote Link to post
ace32 4
only way to do it,is go out with some one, with all the gear, and give it go,handle a few ferts, wont be long before you want your own,i got one, then her sister, now got more on order from this years, new ones, few months to wait for them, but will be worth it,there a good line of workers,so keep pestering, and some one will show you the ropes, see if you can handle it,before you spend a fortune on,collars and stuff, oki doki, ian Quote Link to post
