Started work as a coal man,and even worked a saturday even though we asked him to come hunting,he went to work and at 5.50pm was cold been snowing for days and icy,he had to deliver coal over a railway line to a cottage, they took a bag each as usual and the man/women asked for 1 more bag because of the weather,it was dark cold and icy,the gaffa stayed to sort the bill and off he went to get the other bag on coal,on the way back across the railway line, with a coal bag on his back and a freigh train came round the corner, aparently he just froze!

RIP mate never forgotten!

Had the pleasure of meeting Chrissy a couple of times, we got along very well and he was a very honest and genuine country loving lad. His love of hunting and his dogs was immense and we had organised to get out together on the estate I was the gamekeeper on at the time.. such a sad loss. My lass was very good mates with Chrissy, she was at his grave today...

RIP CHRISSY

Best of luck with fern Ste, take care bud, ill see ye soon!
