yup im very pleased with that result. only got that 1 permission with the hill, and the rabbits where cleared out very early in the season by people with ferrets and nets. most of the land i hunt is very tidy, as you say. its got very little cover or long grass. so basically all teh rabbits are down the sets along fenchlines ect. never really let him fly following on, unless it was after a set and there was another that was a good distance away. but really liked the feel of him flying off teh fist after a bolted rabbit, so exciting lol

What will you do different next season, if anything?

my hunting partner is currently training a springer, so will hopefully fly rolf over it, it he takes to it ok. will have get get some ground with thick cover for it to a guess but apart from that, nothign will change
