lurcherchavvy 3 Posted January 21, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 have sent you a pm, hope it helps mate. atb whip yes cheers mate, i am still on bail.....they want me to go all the way to lincoln to go to bail if i dont a warrant will be sent and i aint gona go on the run over coursing......thats when they are gonna give me my court date just looked at my bail letter and i haven't even been charged with coursing....just criminal damage, failing to stop and offensive weapon this is what happened, we were out on walcott fenn i just got back to the motor and we were parked down a track.....i see a car pull up and block the track where i come in.....it was a bmw estate and an unmarked poice car but i never knew that.......the boys got back in the car so i drove across the field so thats criminal damage......went over to the other side of the field then got out and floored it.....this car is now chasing me down the road and i am starting to pull away from them.....im in a standard 2.0i subaru estate and there in a 3.0 bmw and no lights on.......ripping down a country lane and another police car comes at me head on blue lighting and blocks me off and i am out away from fields now and got to the village.....i pull over and the bmw catches up and puts his lights on.....pulls behind me and rips me out the motor....i do not know how that is failing to stop but that's what there doing me for.....that means me licence is probably gone....he finds a catapult on the floor of my car so thats an offensive weapon he takes me car off me nicks me and i went and got my car back today, £150 tow fee and £20 a day to keep it there....so thats £230 out me pocket....i only paid £600 for the motor the gavver was a proper pig makes me sick......he lost my house keys and my money and fags gone out the motor Quote Link to post Share on other sites

lurcherchavvy 3 Posted January 21, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 when i went to get my car from the salvag and they was like you been chasing big bunnies....they said you wouldn't beleive how many cars we get a week because of coursing and poaching the policeman that has taken over the case is alright....he said all this is stupid my car shouldn't have been taken and i shouldnt been nicked....but now i have been charged he has to take it to court.....he said 90% of the police in lincolnshire will let you get on your way and tell you not to come back to those fields and if they see you in any fields again that day they will nick ya.....but then there is that other 10%......he told me most of the police are farmers and the judges in court are all farmers so they will probably come down harsh on ya Quote Link to post Share on other sites

arcticgun 4,548 Posted May 2, 2009 Report Share Posted May 2, 2009 I spoke to Clive Rees a couple of months ago, a few questions to put my mind at rest, very knowledgable bloke, would not hesitate to use him if I was in bother. IMHO the tw@ts are just 'Tax Collecting' to balance the books after the dodgy goverment have bankrupted the country, and its lads like us who are gonna foot the bill, like the other fella said they never take a burgalars car, or the car of some pi$$ head who knocks a kiddy down!
