i often run more then one terrier in a hole much better if you wont a bolt rather then a dig and id shoot a dog for grabbing another dog down a hole

you not done much terrier work then, to use two dogs in an earth is for silly boys mate!! do your dogs need to hold hands then?

i catch roughly 200 foxes a year with 30 in the past few weeks aswell as a half dozen feral cats down holes aswell. with many of my friends averaging between 300 to 500. the way me and my mates do it get results the way you do it wastes your time

i understand the problems that can arise when workig multiple dogs down a hole at once but it's up to the owner to understand the capabilites of there dog, and yes many young dogs need the support of an older dog to grow to there full potentioal as fast as possible

i cant see how 2 terriers would be more sure of a bolt rather than one! it can only cause problems underground, iv seen terriers half eat each other to try get to there quarry when another dog is in front of them, not that i do use two dogs but when we do fox drives and one is pushed to ground and both fly in after it.

before now iv coupled terriers together to stop this, but like i said in my first post sometimes they break away and there in before you no it.

it dont happen now with chain couples and a steel chain lead.?

Cant see how a dog could fight or even defend itself properly when theres another dog up its arse trying to push through and probably biteing the ar$e off the dog in front of it. Madness!

What the hell is our sport turning into, someone will pick up on this stupid info, try two dogs, most likelys have to dig as chances of a bolt is very slim with 2 dogs in,people pay good money for there dogs, feed them and learn them all that is needed before entering a terrier! When entered like this you couldnt say you had a working terrier it would be working terrierS.This is info on how to feck your dogs!
