Guest 10/22
It was irlam rocky , phil hogsons breeding, that sired the pup, I think he was by irlam scamp, but cant be sure, if cleft is manifesting itself again through the pure lines, avoid the known carriers. I have never known of a case through new blood - to date, but if it were to appear then it wouldnt be swept under the carpet but would be investigated. correct me if I'm wrong but weren't most of the dogs in question wyrmead lines? poacher2 0
A friend of mine recently had a pup from there.Im sure it must be the same place. The pup seems fine although he has been waiting a long time for his papers to arrive.Im sure its the same place i was told about, in Norfolk? It began with a B.I was chatting to a man on the plummer terrier forum a while back.He told me they were his mates kennals and all were working dogs from working lines, I was thinking of haveing a pup from this what must be the same rocky dog after what he told me about him and said there would soon be one available. The man seemed to know about plummers and their history.Im certian i still have his number somwhere. What has happened to this dog? He throws cleft pallets and its been kept a secret? Is he realy worked? does anybody know?.I think if i do have one il be getting it elsewhere. Is there anybody here that can point me in the direction of an honest breeder of plummer terriers please?...Infact im not even sure i want one anymore after reading this, wouldnt if i was you mate ive never seen a decent one yet an ive seen plenty please beleive this get a russell border or something ive had two they both went mates had loads Quote Link to post

Guest stormy
Im not intrested in anything to do with the politics.I want a stright Plummer terrier for the odd bit of ratting but mainly ferreting,Cant be worse than this other chap, farming Plummers with hidden faults and crulity charges agianst him.Whats got me is the lenths his mate(Indeed if it even was his mate and not himself?)went to and lies he told to get me to buy a dog at 300 pounds Quote Link to post
Big bald beautiful 1,231
Another problem with plummer owners is they dont pts dogs that dont work, they pass them on if you rear a dog but it doesnt work and it was bought/bred to work it should be pts not passed on to be used as a stud dog or brood bitch.
