fireman 10,993
There's a puppy farmer for plummers down my way who brags about producing 50+ pups a year, kennel name starting with B.I'll have a bet someone on the other site your asking on has got in touch allready as it seems he's asking to sell other pups for them on there and wouldn't trust the truth about faults from them either. Guest 10/22
I hear the kennels beginning with B........(from down south) breed a pup/s with cleft palate sired by a well known chaps dog from manchester way..one to avoid and any bloodlines associated with them. Quote Link to post
fireman 10,993
Yep and keep quiet about it and sell pups bred from him, still there earning the name they wanted within the breed, lol.Thinking about it they didn't know it was cleft until i was feeding the pup for them one day,i found the fault and they kept it for a few months then who knows what happened to it Quote Link to post
Guest 10/22
What happened to the dogs confiscated by the rspca? I know the lads partners relative and he was telling me bits, its pretty disgraceful isnt it? did rocky's owner manage to get him back, and what about all the other leased dogs? Quote Link to post
fireman 10,993
Well apart from getting the blame for the raid i don't know a lot about it as it goes,a lad who goes round there told us they were on bail for cruilty charges due back at the old bill shop in jan sometime but i don't know. They were in the local paper about it but i can't find anything about it on line(and god have i tried lol),leased dogs???? thats a new one, must be to get around the kennel licence bit i recon, the dogs he got from the north west were all bought or given to him,i was there on a few occasions. Guest stormy
A friend of mine recently had a pup from there.Im sure it must be the same place. The pup seems fine although he has been waiting a long time for his papers to arrive.Im sure its the same place i was told about, in Norfolk? It began with a B.I was chatting to a man on the plummer terrier forum a while back.He told me they were his mates kennals and all were working dogs from working lines, I was thinking of haveing a pup from this what must be the same rocky dog after what he told me about him and said there would soon be one available. The man seemed to know about plummers and their history.Im certian i still have his number somwhere. What has happened to this dog? He throws cleft pallets and its been kept a secret? Is he realy worked? does anybody know?.I think if i do have one il be getting it elsewhere. Is there anybody here that can point me in the direction of an honest breeder of plummer terriers please?...Infact im not even sure i want one anymore after reading this, Quote Link to post
