jakehaliday 2 Posted January 18, 2009 Report Share Posted January 18, 2009 Had a call from a farmer saying he was having a bit of trouble with the foxes round his way, getting to the point where he thought they were taking liberties, so although he's fair against digging, he understood he's no other option!!! got there bright and breezy this morning, had a good skulk round and came across a couple of earths, first one, the little black un found at 3ft, nice easy dig and 1 nice dog fox accounted for, second earth was smack bang under a big old oak tree, on a brook bank, one of them ones you can just see is gonna be a bugger!!! well the little black dog found, but charlie was not moving!! so 2 and half hours of digging round the roots, slipping into the brook, twice, broke through to a very dead small scraggy wixen, called at the farm on the way out, the farmer was well plaesed and gave me full permission to dig there in future, I only had the pigeon shooting up until this!!! so happy days had by all!!!so no pics of the culprits, not appropriate pics for a forum Quote Link to post
