rechargeable square batteries

what do you think of rechargeable square batteries for mk3 ferret finder do any of you use them.

Im thinking of geting duracell rechargeable square battrey

 

I boght 2 square batteries on the weekend £2.50 each and went ferreting they workd for a few mins while i was testing them put the ferret down the hole and lost him for 1 hour bloody battries died on me

Rechargeable batteries tend to put out less volts than the normal battery equivalent. A 9v rechargeable only puts out 8.5, so will last less time than a normal 9v, which puts out just over 9 volts.

Best batteries to get are Duracell procell as they are the industrial version of the Duracell Ultra M3 (£3-£4 each) but only cost around £10 for 10.

I just use normal 9v battery carry another one in the car or if im any distance away from the car pop it in the game bag

But starting the season with fresh batteries and changing them in january you never really get a problem
