personally and this is obviously just an australian thing (although a few terrier men dont) i encourage my terriers to go in and out and work different holes regardless of wether there bayers or fighters many of them even come out of a hole when called this ensures that i will never lose a terrier to a stony pile or under a big pine tree because not every den can be dug to and yet i can work every den and catch a fox out of any den. and lets be honest who really enjoys bracking there back digging holes when a bolt has the same result and gives your runner a chance to prove it's worth aswell

the dogs you have if they continue to work like that would shawly be handy dogs in certain places

rough coated an attack fell listen lads i had dog an vixen to ground yesterday ,dog fox was out with in 5 mins of me black bitch being in an was right behind dog fox too ,she stayed in to he vixen but i ended up letting her run due to nosey rambler showing up..but the bitch did her job which is all i ask..your pups got off to a bumpy start ut a good one all the same lads..don,t listen to the knockers ..good hunting lads..darrell.
