jembo 0
I run 2 entire males together, and both on their own with a bitch, as and when. I have never had any problems. Mine are all kept as a pack, they know I am at the top of the pack and what i say goes 99% of the time. I always feed according to the pack and same with working, the top dog always has first slip then they can run as a pair. With mine its all about how i am around them, they pick up on everything. I do have a pup coming on who will challenge for pack leader, but he will not get past me!! Quote Link to post
michaelhunter 4
i know this is abit off the subject but i know a lad with a dog and it is run next to a bitch it runs so much better and puts loads more into the chase dont know if this happens to everyone but it seems a different dog when ran with a bitch. michael Personally dont think it should make a difference never noticed it myself. A dog should be concentrating on the quarry not the dog its running with. Regards Ben. i know mate its not my dog that does it so am not realy bothered. its just somethink that the dog does and i wondered if anyone had seen it before. Quote Link to post
dogman89 0
il be running 3 males next season and it just crossed my mind that there could be rivalry between them. but then if they no that you the top dog i dont think it should be a problem Quote Link to post

T78 4
luckily my male dog is not dog aggressive in the slightest. i've a few mates who's male dogs have the odd disagreement in the back of the motor though! Quote Link to post

pistol pete 0
only ever had trouble with my bitch once when she was run with another dog(bitch) but that was when the other dog tried to get at the deer when she had hold of it. the problem i get most though is that she doesnt retrieve to hand with another dog around she will come about 15yrds away then i have to go to her even though the other dog is on a slip with me mate.
