para1 11
Your one ferret will be fine on its own mate.IN fact some ferrets will not tolerate another near them,in cold weather make sure it has plenty of bedding to keep it worm. Now you will see a load of old bo****ks about them being sociable animals. Quote Link to post

The one 8,484
i'd go for two jills and a snipped hob Quote Link to post
droid 11
The One is right, up to a point. Most ferrets seem to like company, but just like humans, you get the occasional antisocial one. The reason for the difference between ferrets and their wild ancestors is that domestication tends to lead to the animal retaining some juvenile behavioural characteristics, in this case sociability. stealthy1 3,964
Puy your self in the ferrets positoin, in a cage all day every day on you own, or would you be happier with a buddy? Quote Link to post
scotsman5 0
2 ferrets are def better but if you pay them enough attention to a ferret on its own ive found them to get on very well Quote Link to post

Brimmer 220
Allthough it is better if they are used to other animals in the workplace, nothing worse than squabbling ferrets in the box! Quote Link to post
