bunson 6
Well heres a dilemma. Been working the same piece of land for around 12years. had some great days and some shite. Ive been given the run around by a couple of foxes for years dog and vixen im guessing. Weve failed with the lamp so there now lamp and call shy. of course they could be different foxes I know, but Im not convinced. Well the farmer has moved some boundaries and just the other day I came across a great new earth, only had the spaniel so of I went. I know they have a litter every year and have given some great sport for me and few close friends. I phoned the farmer and he said why dont I leave them as there not causing any great harm, but he said if you drop in on them then its upto me. Now I know what your all thinking so come on tell me. WHAT WOULD YOU DO??

The one 8,494
I love farmers like that one of mine says dont kill them for killings sake but if you can use them take them .
Guest hornman
first of all all foxes do harm to wildlife , and you dont know that its them cubs that are giveing you the fox controll as all cubs will dispurse to find new pasture, and its hard to beleive that with all the people that control foxes that they are the same pair. if the opportunity arises take them out and do the wildlife a favour. after all it wouldnt be long before other foxes would move in
dfee 1
if you do dig them why not let them run for another day then at least you've had the sport for the dogs and they're still alive to breed, hunting to me is'nt about the killing really,it the challenge and the work for the dogs.
