CJT 0 Posted January 12, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 (edited) The second and third are both 7/8ths gyr..1/8ths saker , yes , but gyr/sakers come in variying crosses , im not keen on half/ crosses or ever 3/4tr gyrs.....but the 7/8ths , they are bred by crossing a pure gyr to a 3/4 tr gyr, so they perform quite differnt from a straight 50 cross...they need a lot of sky , and are a right b*****d to crack..(they make gosses look like harrises) and many lads can and do struggle with them , i have myself at times....but once sorted they are real belters , they fetch about £1000 each for the males..good luck next season, and if you need any help just pm..
