I have a feeling this thread is gonna last a long time...

No it wont Will.f11,

I've answered all the questions and appoligised to all who have taken this thread and chewed it up and spat it out along with their dummys.

Maybe the day in day out words on this site will be spelt correctly now.

Anyway i'm about to board within the next half hour.

;)

There is only one P in aplogggggggised and 7 g ;)

I don't particularly have a problem with poor spelling, in the context of this forum. In the workplace yes but not on here; as long as I can understand what is written in posts.

It's poor lazzy spelling in posts which winds me up, text talk and the like.

I am dyslexic, having been disgnosed by the learning dificulties department at Bangor University when I was in my teens; as such I do miss spell words, I read a lot but have a problem with words which either have two meanings such as hare and hair etc, but am pretty confident with most now; likewise words which include double letters. That said I do feel I have a good understanding of grammar and the spoken word.

I was not aware of the spell check facility on the forum, so thank you to the Mod who pointed that out; I certanly will use it when unsure going forward.

It is also probable that many mistakes are made my miss typing, and not reading the post before posting to check.

It happens, on here I don't have a huge problem with it.

Well I'm glad that's been cleared up, I didn't realise it was just bad spelling, I thought it was some cryptic code used to prevent outsiders from knowing what the hell folk were jabbering on about ;)

All I can say to that Mr. Artic, is .... read my signature and if my spelling gets to bad, or my punctuation goes up the spout, please do feel free to remind me, as I am a Kraut and the English language is not my home turf.
