Ratter 0 Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 (edited) I took my dogs down the new permission sat, had a good time having a mooch arround the land, getten the dogs used to the livestock, pup more so.. my russel dog was fine after a few nudges, pup on the other hand was alittle b*****d! any tips on breakin a stubborn pup to lives stock fellas? moving on into the field, while my pup was tied up my russel dog bolted a rabbit from cover and it brushed against my pups shoulder haha first time the pup has seen on before so he was lookin at me all puzzled lol ! after a few more minutes my russel bolted another 3 from the brambles .. plenty of signs of ratty to.. infact it looks like an invest! so will be taken my spade next time Edited January 12, 2009 by Ratter Quote Link to post
