Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
Does anyone have his pm - or can get in touch. There's literally loads of lurchers/greys/terriers in different council pounds & kennels. I keep putting links on but owners really do need to look through them. Hope it is his- it looks like a working dog to me.

Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
It is actually possible to get dogs out of pounds without paying the fees. I'm involved in rescue as well as Doglost. I'm not starting an argument but most kennels charge for feeding & microchipping before release. A lot of kennels waive the fees for stolen dogs. We've dogs in the pounds that are in there regularly because owners open the door & let them out to do what they want. We've staffs by the van load been dumped for whatever reason, they cant all be boarded, fed & looked after for nothing. So firstly I try let owners know that we've found there dogs- some actually do want them back, failing that I then help try raise fund to stop them been pts & moved to rescue for rehoming. Not all kennels rip people off, I'm sorry you seem to think they do
