I know when you start talking really cold, batteries stop working and can be a problem. I don't think you'll have a problem with a bog standard camera in minus 3 conditions. . . . . . . . best bet is to give it a try! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

mattydski 560 Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 If I go abroad skiing to Canada or USA often<-20 degrees....(If only i could afford it this year) I normally just put the camera battery out of my SLR in my inside pocket, as close to my body as possible, i take it out for the pictures then put the battery back inside my clothing.
