Terrier man 38 Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 Well I put in the order last week sent the money through western union SS got it within a few minutes and the 4 collars and 4 leads where sent off straight away. on the friday morning... i recived them today due to An post being as unorganised and shite as it is... But only ever after bein told his stuff was great and seeing one or two of his small collars.. It was not till today when i received my order i was amazed at the quality and work-manship that these collars ar.. They really would hold a bull elephant. Now you may say oh we heard it all before off other good feedback but with gear of this quality and service as good those who have not tried Strong stuffs gear need there heads tested... They really ar the finest around... Iv got a few collars off the web and you can be f****d about a bit with sizes and collars not bein as good a quality in the picture or the size.. But with SS i just told him the breeding of the dogs and he asked no more.. I was thinking jesus he will probly make em too big or small.. but bang on size. A real gent to deal with ... Thanks very much mate... Also just to add... if your wondering why im preeching SS's gear so much is that the week before last i spent an hour treating leather collars and leads with a bottle of leather cream (20 odd euros worth) only too see two days later they where start too crack up again and break away... f**k that. What can I say, all I try and offer is a service I'd be happy to receive myself and I'm a fussy, grumpy old fella! I think the secret (if there is one) to keeping lads happy is not to be doing it for the money, making collars is a bit of a hobby that's gone a bit mad, I don't make loads out of it, which is why I wouldn't want to try and turn it into a business, I think if it went commercial it would lose both the creative side and remove my ability to say "no thanks" to certain sections of the UK population The free postage is UK only now unfortunately, the post costs to Eire seem to have gone up a lot lately, or maybe I never realised how expensive it was before.
