mad al 146
folks the way forward has to be "Glue Guns", 'cos that's all you'll be able to use if you supply enough ammunition to the wrong folk
SportingShooter 0
in that case you will have to take my word for it ,because it seems you only see a selected number of people using guns ,and they are geting the practis on a regular basis to make them mutch better shots than the many thousands of shooters that dont get the same opertunity . i would just like to say ,get out and mingle with the novices and you might just get to see what i am on about.: I've taught a few people to shoot now, both rifle and shotgun, trying to teach them to shoot humanely. The only reason that I had cause to argue with your original comments, was that you suggested that "most" shooters cannot shoot humanely, which I beg to differ to. It will, in the end, come down to the shooter, and how much advice and practice he has had, whether he shoots once a fortnight or five times a week. SS

claybusers al 9
What i dont like is a certain aspect of shooting people tend to look down on people who work lurchers and think there on the higher horse,,I had to put up with a few lads at college like that,,Saying how much lurchers where cackers dogs and how there labs can kill foxes in seconds and how game there border terriers are when they get a fox cub in a cage withit. What really annoys me around here,,Is that farmers and gamekeepers let beagles and foxhounds go on there land,,But get all hiped up when they see you running a few hares with a lurcher. you dont let your dog chase hairs do you

Grim Reaper 1
looks like i just did ,with your reply ,and you must be one of the irregular shooters i was on about .no wonder you are in a protective mode. My Law, I really don't think you can know Sporting Shooter that well at all - if you did, you would know that he is not ' one of the irregular shooters you were on about' ? I mean, come off it, they don't hand out Centre Fire rifles to just any 'irregular shooter' now, do they!?! The words 'Engage', Brain' and 'Mouth' come to mind . . . . . Regards, Grim.
