Snows ok if its soft and not too deep, got to know whats underneath it, can't run if its freezing, killer, rabbits not sitting out. Quote Link to post

fireman 10,993
For dogs from a hot country these dogs handle the cold very well dont they?,the pups at mine just sleep in there shed door way and have given up on there kennel. They will sit all day on the patio and just not bother about the wet or cold, grand pics mate and not a bad bit of land for a mooch. That pup is coming on well, did the old timer come out with you this time as well or stay at home in the warm(like old hands tend to do when they've earned it).Strong pup that mate and may you have many more board of the weather days . Victor when you have had a bit of life exprience(i don't mean more teenage sore wrists :wankerzo4: ) you may learn to keep quiet as you do come out with some crap mate Quote Link to post

The previous acd, slept in the pen only going in the hut on bad winter days, any noise of anykind and he launched himself at the mesh, had to replace the mesh every year, then close him in late on at night in the end up, guard, jesus was lethal, the old dog is quieter, but if loose in the garden and someone he doesnt know walks in, his hackles are up and stares them out until I speak to them, then hes ok.
