spiderpig 39 Posted January 8, 2009 Report Share Posted January 8, 2009 right.just watched last of kill it cook it eat it and i must say im gobsmacked who on earth is protecting this country of ours when a royal marine cant kill a rabbit in training and cant face a grouse on his plate as it still has skin and odd feathers on im bloody shocked and would think that other maries will be sitting there shocked at how such a fanny can be among there ranks and in charge of maybe saving there life or certainly covering there backs,im discusted and feel like righting a letter to the forces over this ,,, also the showing of none target species in snares and talk of illegal poisoning and and killing of raptors is just plain wrong as makes out that this is standard practice glad the veggie had a taste though and also pleased the lacs woman saw everything through to the end,maybe she still feels the same and thats fine by me as at least she has some experience to form her decision.. what do you all think? Since when has there been a truly balanced argument about this sort of thing. As for the Marine, if he was on a tour of duty, and was eating that dried stuff if out on patrol, I bet he would be thinking of that grouse. One of them is a shooter, and I've shot with a good bit, when he's home etc, he normally likes to get out. redeye jedi 39 Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 is that down to the training staff accepting it then? its your job to make sure they make the grade! if you dont think they do then fooking say so, your little second lieu should wind his neck in or have you not bothered to argue your case? what rank are you? you must of done atleast 10 years in the infantry to get a posting to an ATR and be at least a cpl so your judgement should AND IS better than a snotty nose officer on less money than yourself, he earns less for a reason matey. it must do your fookin nut in. ive just done 4 years at pirbright and ive just been posted to LWC.
