North Country Boy 0
The Art of Game Cookery by Rosemary Wadey, Wild Flavours by Mike Robinson are the only game cookery books that i ever use, and ive got one or 2, 'One for the Pot', 'The Wild Food Gourmets', Ray Mears 'Wild Food' 'Antonia Carluccio 'Goes Wild' Marcos 'Wild Food from land and sea' etc etc but the 1st 2 far out do any in terms of recipes and explanation but if it is a gift you cant go wrong with Farlows Game & Fish cookbook by the GCT. Jim Grant 4
Kay I rather fancy you have to buy/order it through the CMW. Price £9.99 UK or Ireland/EU £11.50 Not available from Amazon. Author Sally Baroness De Wint : The cCountryman's Weekly - Country Cookbook. Her stuff is usually Practical and easy to follow.
