There is rabbits there, we saw them sat out in the middle of fields in the snow, and the farmer told us he has a BIG problem with them, most of the sets are underneath the dry stone walls even so though it's a foot in the door and some proper land to get on and hopefully will get a few words with neighbouring farmers and extend our area, coukld do with a old land rover though as my SKY van doesn't like snow and ice covered dirt tracks and having to reverse about half a mile back up them.

Good luck youve got roughly three months to show the farmer what you can do ,then ask him to have a word with his mates for you

AND! Col has just had a phone call from another farm we knocked on yesterday saying we can go on whenever we want, turning out to be a pretty productive day, 3 farms with bunnies galore WooHoo

Good for you matey. once you get the first few its funny but alot more seem to come along. Go to the nearest farm in a few weeks time and tell them where you have got permission and if the farmers are friendly he should give you the thumbs up.

Get in there! Be sure to post up the sport!

my crappy little digital camera is on charging and we are going up on thursday, not sure if we are ferreting yet or just walking about to get to know the land.

we can have a look round all three properly but i think it might be worth taking the ferrets and the nets,if we stumble across some easy sets we can give them a go.at least its showing were willing and we can also get sorted out about the dog situation :D
