FERRETBOY 680
i dont think you can go wrong with a well bred whippet greyhound ,i have only heard good things about the cross so a couple year back me and my dad got a pup each which were nearly whippet greyhound but had a very small percentage of collie and deerhound in there.my little bitch (fly) caught her first rabbit at 16 weeks by luck and we were lucky enough to catch it on video.ever since both pups have turned into great dogs.we really couldnt ask for better ,both are like missiles and are like most grews up and at there game very quick and both are exciting to watch run even if they dont catch and thats not very often.Fly has also done very well at tracking deer (roe and muntjac)fern hasnt been tracking yet now i havent had them retrieving fox but i have a feeling if started right and or doubled up these two of mine should imo do ok,they are not bred for that work so cant ask for much from them.heres a couple of pics of my two now ,this is only there first full season but we havent been able to get them out much which has been a pain.if you check some off my previous topics we put up an update every couple of months so you can see how they progressed. good hunting rew Quote Link to post
