victor 10 Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 hello all, im selling ferrets today and i was talking to my first coustomer and he sadi he has a ex racing bitch. only a year old. it did soemthing and he dont want her any more. he said i coulf have her for free. she has killed everything under the blue sky including sheep :glare: im thinking of taking he ron board. is this a good idea or should i pay for one. i want a greyhound(pure) for hare and this is a very big opportunite.. is it a god idea ? ill be saving it's life. andy comments welcome Quote Link to post

Having been a kennel hand for one of the best greyhound owners in Victoria you would already know that. If you do decide to take a chance with her you are going to have to spend a lot of time on stock breaking. A sheep killing greyhound in Australia, that's some combination. The decision has to be yours Victor, all I would say is don't get it for the wrong reasons, eg "i'll be saving it's life" and "I could have her for free". Take your time mate and evaluate the situation before rushing into making a decision, good luck whatever you decide. ah yerr i didnt think of the age mate, it's probaly a bit of shit . if im to get it i have to build kennel n all that as mum is worried about it jumping our fence n all that shit, i think ill take a miss on this one but keep in touich with most of the grey hound races around me and see what i can do then, as i brought a lamping kit today and have f**k all money at the moment, but i rekon ill re-home nother time, but thanks for that mate, i forgot about the 18 mounth brakers dealy.. all the best..
