Hollie 21
] i like the gsd x greys my m8s got one just as a pet its a realy nice dog very trainable, hes a big lad though and can get quite protective though somtimes. do you find that yours is quite protective? is there many of these crosses about anymore? could you stick a picture up of yours please? I rehomed a Lurcher from the dogs Trust when i left home, i'm pretty sure he was ColliexGeryhound with GSD in there aswell, he looked like a typical Collie/Greyhond mix with these huge GSD ears, he was great, awesome on the hare, protective, loyal, trustworthy and a complete and utter clown. I was driving on a country road late one night when a car appeared behind me flashing its lights, 1st thing i did was lock the doors, when i pulled up at a junction the bloke jumped out of his car and came running up to my window, i opened my window a fraction and Ben (Lurcher) went absolutly insane, snarling and frothing at the mouth trying to get to this guy, i had never seen this side to him but he clearly sensed something about this bloke that he didn't like, what ever the bloke had in mind didn't esculate because Ben scared the shit out of him and he got back in his car LOL, when me and my b/f split i had to leave Ben with him but i still think about him 7 years on. i will try and scan some photos of him on to my computer Edited January 9, 2009 by hollie2000_1999 Quote Link to post

steve0146 0
I have a deerhound cross collie. He is only a pup at moment but shows promise. He is very trainable and a fantastic nose on him. He is not the quickest though. I will keep his progress on the forum. Quote Link to post
