I would 100% call him red but he is ever so chocolatey on his back. His almost like a red/chocolate rather than black/tan. just me and my other half keep rowing over what colour he is. have attached a few pictures hes a belter what breed is he mate. Look at the top link and on the examples of liver the bloodhound with 'creeping tan' is just like my pup. All the genetics thing goes right over my head though!!!
